A Variety of Ways to Create Name Tracing Worksheets
If you’d prefer to use a different file format to create name-tracing worksheets, we can help! These name-tracing printables are also available in the formats below:
- Blank PDF Format – This blank PDF template excludes student names or text boxes. It is perfect if you’d prefer to hand-write your students’ names.
- Editable Google Slides Format—This is a fully editable version of the templates, designed for full editability, including student names, fonts, and font sizes. You will need to type and copy/paste each student’s name onto the templates.
- Auto-Fill PDF—This version is a PDF file that must be opened in Adobe Reader. Once opened, you can type your student names on page 1, and the student name tracing practice sheets will auto-populate and be ready to print! NOTE- This version does not include state fonts.
- Editable PowerPoint – Similar to the Google Slides version, this resource is fully editable, including fonts.
- We recommend this version if you want to use State Fonts to create your name-tracing worksheets. Before opening the file, you must have those fonts pre-loaded on your computer. Then, once you open the file, you can replace the existing fonts with your preferred fonts.
