Rounding Decimals Color by Number Worksheet

Are your students ready for more than just a traditional math worksheet? Whether you are teaching students about place value and rounding or reviewing concepts at the end of the year, this color-by-number worksheet will keep your students engaged and learning simultaneously.

Students will reveal a mystery image once they complete the 38 problems on this worksheet. To complete this activity, they must round decimals to the nearest whole, tenth, hundredth, and thousandth. Once the problems are completed, students will use the color guide to help them color in the image grid.

An answer key is included with your download to make grading fast and easy!

Tips for Differentiation + Scaffolding

If there are students who need an added challenge, consider using the editable version, delete the contents, and encourage students to create their own mystery image.

For students who need additional support, consider laminating a place value chart where students can write the decimal values to help with rounding.
